Wow this book is fantastic. So many recipes. There is everything from drinks to desserts. Written by cruisers for cruisers. Sections include what to equip your galley with, setting out your galley, how to store food on a yacht, different techniques of cooking on board (including thermos cooking), substitution in the recipes if you are missing an ingredient and so much more.
There are several spreadsheets that can be downloaded from the website including a provisioning spreadsheet that can be customised to your liking.
